SWITCH OFF DATE DISPLAYED ON MY TV SCREEN AS 02/02/14

I have paid with your dealer in Panjim, Goa next to Don Bosco School.

Last time when I messaged it was showing cut off date as 19/1/14

After the message it got changed cut off date as 24/3/14 then 29/1/14 now it is displaying cut off date as 2/2/14 which is still wrong. PLEASE CORRECT IMMEDIATELY and update me by email henryoliveira@hotmail.com

My cut off date was told will be in June 14 as I had paid an amount of Rs, 3000 plus.

Also all my high definition channels are not working, even when I have paid for it.

Please check and correct ASAP

box is not rendering any of the life time free channel .I request you to take necessary and immediate action against this complaint . Either take back your concerned equipment and provide us the full refund OR provide the action against it.

Complaint Details : HI,

I changed the normal STB to HD STB and was told by the Service Provider that there will some 1000/- credited to my dish tv account. After few days of changing the STB I saw that there is balance of 1540/- in my disch account. After that I have made the following payments-
5-dec-2013 – 800/-
31-01-2014 – 800/-

Still I’m getting message that your payment is due and last date is 5/2/2014. Sent SMS to dish TV but still no call from them. Need the rectification of issue ASAP.
