The message CALL ME advertised the company is never responded.

I was happywith your service till Dec 2013. Now the customer service is very bad, they are not at all responding properly.
I recharged my DTH for Rs.3214 on Jan 9 for a 1 year Gold Pack. I called up Reliance Customer care to regaridn ght recharge. They told they will change the plan as 1 year plan but they haven’t done it for about 20 days now.
Today morning they have discommected my connection without any notice. There is money in my account still they have disconnected.
I was really fed up with the customer care persons and mailing you this hoping this mail would resolve the situaon.
