Complaint Details :I am 7 year old customer of Dish Tv service and recharge on 23-11-2013 for platinum package , i recharge for 1 whole year for my both connection parent and child , and without informing me they converted it to titanium package,and deny to give me 45 extra days which you provide on 1 year recharge , customer care response was so rude and non cooprative , This people doesn`t respect Their customers such a non professional and arrogant attitude . Being a 7 year old customer i got this rewand that you people doen`t hesitate to cheat me.
