Complaint Details : I was given the standrd settop box with my offer and had subscribed to the standard package offres by TATASKY. and some optional packages on additional payment.All was well till recently hen TATASKY migrated to MPEG4 technology for which the settop box is required to be changed.This is offered under 2 options
1-FREE but with limited warranty,whic on expiry we are expected to pay Rs500/-
2-Replacement with paymnt of Rs500/

This is my opinion is cheating the customer since as per the original terms&conditions,the box is the property of TATASKY and not sold to customer,in which case any charges due to warranty failure must be borne by TATASKY and the customr only if there is damage due mis

Complaint Details : I am subscriber of DISH TV DTH service for about last 4 years.My VC No.is 01505871940. On 21st instant I received a call on my mobile from Mr.Siraj t0207 of Dish TV advising me that company is offering you Super Platinum Pack for a month without any extra charge.Though I was apprehensive of the offer yet I agreed for a trial for a month. Thereafter I received a message from the company advising me that at my request they have changed my pack to Super Platinum chargeable at Rs.400/- pm.. I immediately Dish TV helpline on telephone Number 01160013474 and requested to restore my original pack. But till date needful has not been done.

Complaint Details : I am having the problem with your account section. Last month I recharged on 27th Dec 2013, but your services resumed on 28th dec 2013, though the amount of Rs. 220 was deducted from my bank account on 27th dec.Now yesterday my services were terminated and when i called up your executive, i was informed that it was server error and your services will resume within two hours and rs. 20.72 have been reversed in your account. but the services were not resumed. when i called up again, i was told to recharge again. today 27th jan 2014 i recharged through net banking for rs 220, but instead of getting 3% extra i am told that rs 15 have been deducted by mistake. and they may or may not be reversed.
