Complaint Details : I am getting a smart card pairing error on my reliance digital tv. On calling customer care they told me that I have changed my set top box. I have made them very clear that I haven’t. I told them to check in their history also. But they are not ready to listen to it. I spoke to Mr Khurshid from senior technical department also but of no use. He kept in repeating the same thing. I am really disappointed with your services and the way your staff is responding . I want to know why am I asked to pay for the errors which are because of your system.

Complaint Details : I have taken a multi connection(1+1) of Dish TV on 7.12.2013oth . As per the condition b’toth the TVs are to get the same channels. However 10-12 days back the Channel No.111 telecasting ‘Colours’ stopped on both the tvs. After 2 days on sending the message on 57575 the Colours channel appeared on one TV. However even after making dozens of call on customer care no. , sending innumerous messages nothing has happened. call on 0120-2550000 remain unattended for 1520 minutes number of times. The Message reply states” …… the channel code you have sent does not match our channel list. pl. resend with correct channel details”.. Don’t know what to do channel no. is 111 name is “Colours”
