Complaint Details : We would like to inform you that we are using above DTH connection for more than 5 years. From last few months we are facing problems in this connectin. Now a days when we switch on the T.V., it takes more than 15-20 minutes to start the programme or light the screen. Means if I want to see my regular serial of 6.30pm I want to switch on the TV atleast by 6pm for which I have to leave office by 5.30pm instead of the closing hour i.e., 6pm which is quite impossible.

Other service providers like Videocon, Tata Sky, etc. are offering free installation of Digital Receiver and most of the tenants in our Society have availed the offer and are satisfied with their service.

We are using above DTH connection for more than 5 years. From last few months we are facing problems in this connectin. Now a days when we switch on the T.V., it takes more than 15-20 minutes to start the programme or light the screen. Other service providers like Videocon, Tata Sky, etc. are offering free installation of Digital Receiver and most of the tenants in our Society have availed the offer and are satisfied with their service. Being an old & regular customer, I request your goodself to kindly change our present analogue and install digital receiver on free of cost, else we will be forced to opt the offer provided by other SP.

ON 22 DEC., I LODGED A COMPLAINT WITH CUSTOMER CARE AND CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE TOLD ME THAT AN ENGINEER WILL VISIT MY HOME AND THERE WILL BE NO CHARGE FOR HIS VISIT. BUT ON 24 DEC. TATA SKY DEDUCTED RS. 150 FROM MY ACCOUNT BALANCE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. NOW MY CONNECTION IS DEACTIVATED AND COMPANY IS NOT RESPONDING TO MY COMPLAINT. I have purchased L.C.D T.V. from Reliance trends shop Begumpet Hyderabad in JULY 2012.
Since then I have been requesting you to provide H.D.connection instead of the present connection provided to me.Your company has been denying the H.D.installation on the pretext that setup boxes for H.D. connection are not available.
I AM REALLY SURPRISED TO LEARN THAT SET UP BOXES ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR PROVIDING HD CONNECTION.FROM THE LAST FIVE MONTHS.
