Complaint Details : I have tired of making complaints several times to your coustmer care, but all in vain, they have not even responded me in time, and even treated me rudly,made fun of me, i thought reliance digital is atrusted and reputedcompany in the world,but now i lost all the good faith in you. Being a billion dollar company,you were not even able tosort out a silly complaint of replacing a dth box costing rs.500/-, how do i trust you anymore as i ran out of my patience.

I am regular consumer of Big Tv dish of reliance.Sir i was watching my big tv channel and then switched of the tv after 30 minutes i again switched on my tv but instead of seeing ch.there i found an error 106 then i complained to the customer care for the same ,they advised me to take out card and clean it with dust proof cloth and insert again , i saw 102 error i again reported to c,care they asked me what error i am seeing on tv i told that “pairing error”then they asked me to deposit Rs400 as penalty.as set top box is not paired with card .sir the same set top box is used since installed with the same card.Sir i do not follow the reason why i should bear the penalty.

DAILOUGES ARE ALSO NOT COMING WITH PROPER LIMP PROCESS.. AGAINST THIS I HAD SO MANY TIMES CALLED YOUR TOLL FREE NUMBER AND AT LAST GOT THE PERSON TO SPEAK AFTER HEAVY PRAIS.. HE HAD NOTED MY COMPLAINT AND ASKED ME TO PAY RS.175 TO THE PERSON WHO VISIT FOR REPAIR . I HAD AGREED FOR THE SAME. ,HE HAD WORKED BUT TV WAS NOT STARTED.NOW HE SAYS I HAVE TO CHANGE THE CABLE AND FOR THE SAME I HV TO PAY.

Now HD channel are enable and detection of money become rapid.

Means even we want to change the package but airtel is not allowing us to do so.

This is very unethical business form your side.

Airtel customer care is pathetic and degusting.

Repose my mail other wise, I will sue in court. for doing illegal business and doing fraud with the customer
