Subject of Complaint :Some Chanel is not open /recived

Complaint Details : Before few months we have not received/open some Chanels like UTV Bindaas, Zee Anmol, Dabangg, big tv and Star Utsaw so many time when i call tha coustomer care of Dish Tv then he said “Alinement disturb hai” or said “some technical problem” but till now the chanels is not running.

Sir, please do some need full action as per complaint. Other wise i am extremely sorry to say i will go to consumer court.

The amount has been detected from my bank account. I am oldman. I tried first timeand become fail.

so please sir co-oparate with my situation. Give me it’s soluation as soon as possible …becouse where i am live theirs distrubutor don’t know about that subscriber application form, that’s why i m mentioned here my complain ….

I am presently having MPEG2 connection , which was running correctly.
now the telecast format has been changed to MPEG4.
i had a chat with the customer care. they are saying that i need to pay for the new setup box if i need more warranty.below are my questions

1.if i have subscribed for some channels and viewing properly but suddenly if i am unable to view because of the telcosting format then whose fault is this?

2.if they are changing the Format for their own interest then who need to take risk

3. ok i agree to change the setup box .but why there is a hidden cost involved.

The only purpose for its existence is to cheat and harass customers.
