Complaint Details : We are at Thakur Complex, Kandivli (East) & have cable connection of your franchise. Almost for last 1 year more than half the channels are shut off while last 3 months out TV is totally bandh. It is very difficult to even lodged complaints with your franchise as most of the time they donot pick up the phone/sms & even if they take the call. they usually say will attend tomorrow & TOMORROW NEVER COMES.
Earlier I had your internet connection from the same franchise but due to VERY VERY BAD service. I cancelled the connection 3 years ago & I have to still receive more than 2000/- which they have not yet refunded. WHERE HATHWAY IS NOT CONCERNED ABOUT THEIR GOODWILL & PUBLIC IMAGE?

I have raise a request for WiFi router 3 days back and got the confirmation from concern department that they will connect my router within 24 hours, but it has almost 3 days gone and no action has been take from any department.
I have called more than 10-15 times to customer care department and every time they said We are sending the person within 1 or 2 hours but no one has came to resolve my issue.
I am very much frustrate with these kind of statement. I don’t expect these kind of false statement from a reputed company like Hathway.
I feel so that there is no value of customer in Hathway.
