Complaint Details : Due to non working of a set top box very regularly I called at the customer care no. To which mr. Vaidyanath the company rep repllied that it is not our duty . U c in ur neighbourhood who is creating problems and ffor you . He refused to entertain the complaint and when asked to connect to his senior authority , he just disconnected the line.executives like Mr. VAIDYANATH should not be dmployed as they cannot entertain ghe complsints and are very rude .

Complaint Details :We have 4 connections of Tata Sky. I called up their call centre a few months back to get a new remote. They said I would be charged Rs. 75 only. After the delivery of the remote they charged Rs. 150 more for delivery. I have called them up a couple of times but to no avail. My subscription fee is over Rs. 12000 per year. I have not renewed there connection which expired 3 days back. But nobody has called to find out why.

The complaint number is SR# 1-8935669760 dated 06 Sep 13. No technician attended the problem so far and I am not able to view the TV channels. I will be grateful to you if any technician, who can rectify the problem, can be detailed to attend the problem.

Complaint Details : Our Old TATA SKY set up box was replaced by new SD MPEG4 set up box, the new set up box stopped working from the very next day of installation, complaint was raised against this, a engineer was scheduled to visit our home on 08.09.12 @ 08.05 hrs, but no one came, today (10.09.12 @ around 3 p.m ) once again i called the customer care, the representative transferred the call to a Techinal support engineer. Actually there i got the astonishing answers from the customer support, am saying that your tatasky setup box is not working from past 2 days and she says that it not their problem and she says am the first person who has raised the complaint against this and says she will not believe this

The expiry date of package keeps on reducing each month, The package which i recharged is for only 23 days, it itself reduced the time period of approximately one week.
