Complaint Details : I am subscriber of DISH TV DTH service for about last 4 years.My VC No.is 01505871940. On 21st instant I received a call on my mobile from Mr.Siraj t0207 of Dish TV advising me that company is offering you Super Platinum Pack for a month without any extra charge.Though I was apprehensive of the offer yet I agreed for a trial for a month. Thereafter I received a message from the company advising me that at my request they have changed my pack to Super Platinum chargeable at Rs.400/- pm.. I immediately Dish TV helpline on telephone Number 01160013474 and requested to restore my original pack. But till date needful has not been done.
