Dear sir,
I am regular user of your airtel Set top box Card no. is 000157532524.which is not working since last 5 days.regarding which i have loged a complain to the your service providor Customer care Gurgaon.but no responce where received from their end later on i complaind the same on your authorised center they promised us that issue will be shorted out quickly but still no one toole the pain to look into my issue.further i complain too same responce was received so by this from last 5 days & given to Ref No. 31571172 ,my Mobile No. 9983155541
