Complaint Details : Hi Sir,
I am a regular user of Tata Sky since past 2 Years in Pune.
When I have taken a new connection @ my previous flat so your technician set-up tata sky but not provide my dish & cables as because there was a centralized dish in my area and also he promised me that while you have to shifted in new area then you have to just call to help line number so new technician will come & set-up connection with Dish & cables & not ask to any charges as because I have already paid for it.
Now from last 5 days I am regularly registering new requests for Re-installation in my new area. But no technician is coming in my area even they are not ready to pick- up my call.
