Complaint Details : Due to non working of a set top box very regularly I called at the customer care no. To which mr. Vaidyanath the company rep repllied that it is not our duty . U c in ur neighbourhood who is creating problems and ffor you . He refused to entertain the complaint and when asked to connect to his senior authority , he just disconnected the line.executives like Mr. VAIDYANATH should not be dmployed as they cannot entertain ghe complsints and are very rude .
