Sub: Request to resume service and change the plan to ‘value pack for south’ from the existing ‘value sports pack’ of Reliance Digital TV having smartcard no. 200928166985 reg.
Sir,
This is to inform you that I have recharged my Reliance Digital TV account for Rs.1530/- on 28-5-2014 (Smart card No. 200928166985, Transaction reference No.65606175 and Reciept No. AMIP55443784). After recharge, I got all channels but viewed only for two days. From 30-5-14, all main channels stopped receiving and my account balance found zero rupees checked through the customer care. It found very irritating as I was not able to speak to a reliance customer care executive after waiting for more than 45 minutes in line for more than 3 times a day to register a complaint. Hence, I am sending this mail to Customer care to change my existing plan and resume my full service as early as possible.
My present existing plan is ‘value sports’ pack. I wish to change it to ‘value’ pack for south where I can view all main Malayalam channels without sports channels. I recharged my account for Rs.1530/- on 28-5-2014 to get the offer of value’ pack for south worth Rs.1527/- (Pay for 9 months and get three months free). Hence, I request you to change my plan to ‘value’ pack for south with the offer of pay for 9 months and get three months free as I had already recharged for the offer amount. Similarly, I also request you to remove my ‘Sony six’ add-on pack subscribed one month back for watching IPL, if existing.
