I’m Bibin from Kerala
i respect you and your all service but
reliance big tv customer services is very very poor absolutely…………i can’t say that much i hate Big TV services only services that means call center but clarity is very goood and im satisfied …i having two accounts one is 200928019900 & 201510259305.Actually i need to add one jumbo pack only for that reason i called three days continuously customer service’s num, I wasted my whole day. but no one picked my call,(its telling within 5 minute one of our officer will be come soon back like that …because of that word i waited more than 20 minute i have the call duration also ) . And one more thing is i will make show to all my issues to publics and others.
