Subject of Complaint :Issue with IVR

Complaint Details : Hello,
I am really fed up calling the dish tv conatact center number the IVR never picks up the correct mobile number or vc no we have to cancel the call atleast 10-15 times or carry on following the IVR for 15 minutes until it picks up the correct number.
This issue was regd with the contact center but than dish tv has an habit to not responding or working on complaints as now they have grown big.
